Regional Director & Performance Consultant, Crouch & Associates
Scott’s “Why” is to do things the right way. He is driven by the opportunity to pursue excellence in all he does, and he does this by creating trusting relationships with our clients and leading them toward a better way of achieving their goals for fundraising, revenue generation, staff and board productivity and strategic planning.
After serving the academic and nonprofit spaces for nearly 20 years in fundraising and leadership capacities, Scott Koskoski partnered with mentor Bill Crouch at the launch of Crouch & Associates in Fall 2015. Since that time, Scott has worked with local, national and international nonprofits and helped each of them increase fundraising production, evolve their staffs as development professionals, engage their boards in the advancement process, and develop game-changing wisdom.
Prior to Crouch & Associates, Scott spent 20 years as both a frontline individual contributor and development administrator, leading institutions through fundraising campaigns in both the higher education and nonprofit spaces. Scott’s experience focused on major gifts, board management, corporate and foundation relations, annual giving, special events and staff development.
Scott is a graduate of Mercyhurst University and Robert Morris University. He is a past Trustee and National Alumni Association Board President at Mercyhurst and currently chairs its Presidents Associates group. He is a past AFP Board member for both the Denver Metro and Western Pennsylvania chapters, an elder at First Presbyterian Church in Washington, PA, active in youth sports coaching, and most importantly, is husband to Melissa and father to four small children (Ben, Tyler, Olivia, Jack).
